About Me
I grew up in north Louisiana and attended Louisiana Tech University for my BS in Nutrition and Dietetics and my supervised dietetic internship.

After passing the Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist exam and becoming an RDN, I worked in nursing homes, hospitals, dialysis clinics, and outpatient renal diet education. This is where I discovered my love for renal nutrition!

During this time, I attained my MBA from Western Governors University and my Board Certification as a Specialist in Renal Nutrition from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

I currently serve as Co-Chair of the Council on Renal Nutrition of Florida and I'm a member of the National Kidney Foundation.

When I'm not working, I enjoy doing yoga, cooking, gardening, and hiking. Recently, I've even taken up skiing!

I don't believe that people living with Chronic Kidney Disease should have to give up all of the foods that they love to manage their disease. I work with my patients to make realistic and meaningful changes that work within their lives.
